We are looking for motivated Ph.D. and M.S. students to join the Nanoscale Thermal Transport Lab! Please apply to the graduate programs in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science and note your interest in working with Prof. Pickel. Students already enrolled in a graduate program at the University of Rochester should contact Prof. Pickel and provide their resume/C.V. along with a brief description of their research interests and experience.

Undergraduate Students: 

We welcome motivated undergraduate students studying engineering, physics, optics, and chemistry to join the lab. If you are interested in an undergraduate research position, please contact Prof. Pickel and provide your resume/C.V., a recent copy of your (unofficial) transcript, and a brief description of your research interests. We typically post all open undergraduate research positions on AURA 1-2 months prior to the start date of each position.
